I’m Linda Kay, a retired innkeeper based in the Jacksonville area, where I spent decades welcoming guests with warm hospitality and something fresh from the oven. After years of running a historic bed-and-breakfast, I’ve gently stepped back from innkeeping and returned to my first love…baking.
I’ve trained through selected courses at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, refining traditional techniques while developing my own cottage-style approach. I am the hands and heart behind every batch, while my husband Tony, whom I affectionately call “The Dough Boy,” is the steady, behind-the-scenes support who helps make it all possible.
The Flour Girl Cottage Bakery is a sweet continuation of a life rooted in hospitality — where high-quality ingredients, practiced hands, and a love for feeding others come together in every batch.
